America without a President

I mean, is there anyone other than me who noticed that ever since the 2008 Presidential primaries have begun, George W. Bush has been almost totally kicked off the scene?? It's almost ridiculous how the candidates are getting so much publicity and act like they're already running the USA (especially one in particular that I'm going to vent about).

On my way down to Florida today my dad turned on Rush Limbaugh on the EIB Network (da da da da **theme song**) to listen to his daily afternoon program. Today the subject of the discussions focused on Barak Obama and his quest to claim America for his own.

(All this was strewn with commercials of either the high-and-mighty Obama or some new technology that would save the earth from global warming which put me in a bad mood real quick, lol.)

He started out by telling how the press is going bananas over "Barry's" visit to Iraq as some kind, making press-written speeches and meeting famous peoples like some kind of publicity stunt to supposedly gather more voters. As Rush put it and I quote: "They're turning Barry's little summer camp trip into into a virtual coronation....Hillary Clinton didn't get this kind of coverage; our own President didn't get this kind of coverage." Another thing; the other presidential candidate, McCain hasn't gotten this kind of coverage.

Several reasons probably why-- first of all, Obama didn't really beat Hillary in the primaries. The reason the media is all of a sudden afraid to trust voters in the November election is they're afraid that Obama can't "beat" McCain like he "beat" Hillary. They write all his speeches and he just interprets them in an appealing way.

This is by the way how how he became a big name in society-- a group of democrats got tired of the Clintons and decided to bring in someone that they could control in Hillary's place. At the same time (oooh aren't they smart... =P) they get someone who graduated from Harvard who's black, so he can't be criticized because any crack made against him would be RACIST and of course that's bad so who do they get?--Barak Hussein Obama.

Now that everyone's all over Mr. Obama and not McCain, it's time to Take the Troops Out of Barak, lol. They've made him bigger than George Washington, Gorbechav, the ending of American Idol with the final results, and 9/11 altogether in one big glorification, trying to convince the world that he's the Messiah. I mean c'mon! People are believing this!

All that said, Barak may as well be the President right now in America. I'm sure if you asked a random immigrant off the street who the president of the United States was, they would either say "Obama" or "they don't have one!"
Cause right now, we pretty much ain't got one.

Boy oh BOY I can't wait for the elections...

**cough**

piece,
